Reservations Policy
Considering the limited number of rooms, we only offer reservations to users who have already paid the conference fees and have been confirmed. When your payment status is “approved”, you can see the hotel reservation submission link in the [Hotel Reservation] section of your personal center.
ATTENTION
The hotel fee will be paid upon your arrival at the hotel for check-in. Due to the fact that the reservation system does not charge hotel fees, each user can only submit reservation information once through the system, and you can only book one room for yourself. No user is allowed to book a room for others, otherwise your reservation will be invalidated. If you submit your reservation multiple times, the system will retain the reservation information you last submitted. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us via email in a timely manner to restore the number of rooms.
